6. Important Policies

• Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam.
• Profile Updates: Changes to birthdate or education details require supporting proof.
• Payment Processing: Online payments made on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• External Communication: Hridayam Matrimony is not liable for issues arising from communication conducted outside our platform.
• Contact Information: A personal mobile number must be provided for official purposes.
• Identification: Submit a government-approved ID copy within 30 days of registration.

7. Termination and Liability
